【Important】 PayPal Redemption Frequency update


Dear members,


We're excited to announce that we've updated our PayPal payment frequency!

Starting from September 2020, PayPal redemption requests have been processed and fulfilled within one week of redemption (Every Wednesday).*!


Please ensure that your e-mail address is connected to your PayPal account, or you will be unable to receive the payment.

*Please note that due to holidays in our countries of operation, system maintenance, or connectivity issues with PayPal’s system, there may occasionally be a delay in processing your request.

How to check your PayPal account:
If you’re unfamiliar with how to receive a payment via PayPal, please verify the following:

1.           That you are the owner of the PayPal account connected to the email address

you have registered on Rakuten Insight Surveys, and requested that we send the payment to, and

2.           That if you own multiple PayPal accounts, you have logged into the account connected to the email address that you have registered to Rakuten Insight Surveys, and not a different PayPal account


After confirming that, we kindly ask that you please check the following:


Depending on your PayPal account notification preferences, it is likely that PayPal sent you an email notification of the transaction.

To find the email notification, please search for email from paypal.com regarding a payment from Rakuten Insight USA Co., Ltd.
From within this email you can click a link that will allow you to log in and view the transaction details.


To view the payment in your PayPal transaction history:

1.           Log into PayPal using the same email address that you use to log into Rakuten Insight Surveys

2.           Click “Activity” at the top of the page

3.           You should be able to find a payment received from “Rakuten Insight USA Co., Ltd.”, along with a transaction ID
