【Important】Error on Mobile App

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

We are extremely sorry to inform you that members using our mobile app have been facing the below technical error since August 5th:

 

Issue:
Mobile App Redemption page An error message is shown (Error 5008) 

Members trying to access the My EPoints or Redemption tabs within the Android mobile app are currently unable to complete redemption.

 

Temporary solution:

Mobile app users who would like to redeem their EPoints are able to proceed without issue by logging into the Rakuten Insight Surveys member site.

 

We are currently investigating this matter, and will inform you as soon as it has been resolved.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
